On 14th July, Chennai Renegades (CR) organized a breakfast ride to Alamparai Fort, Chennai. 24 riders participated in this event. The ride was designed to enjoy the scenic route to Alamparai via Auroville, Pondicherry, and to foster camaraderie among members. The ride was successful, with riders enjoying the route, destination, and importantly, everyone returned safely without incidents.

The journey began at 5:00 AM IST from Aladipatiyan Coffee Shop, Guduvanchery, winding through GST Road until we deviated through Auroville Forest for a country route. We had breakfast at Maspa Foods before reaching the final destination, Alamparai Fort, known for its ancient ruins alongside the backwaters.

The ride was filled with laughter and shared excitement, especially during the group introduction at Alamparai Fort. The breakfast arrangements were excellent, and the food, along with the ambiance, must be called out. The fort itself was a sight to enjoy, even better than the photos on Google Maps. The place was not crowded like usual tourist spots, allowing us to enjoy the ruins and the backwater view peacefully.

The ride was more than just a journey; it was an opportunity to bond with fellow riders sharing the same passion. All the riders were disciplined and attentive, fostering a healthy motorcycle group. One thing is for sure, after each ride, we are forming friendships that transcend age, origin, religion, and ethnicity.
